Your new puppy will come with a 1 year health guarantee,

ACA Paperwork, vet checked with current vaccinations and dewormed. 

 

We guarantee to the best of our knowledge your pup is in good health and free from visible signs 

of infection, contagious or communicable disease and life threatening congenital defects for 

one year from the date of birth.

 

As the purchaser you agree to have the puppy inspected by a liscensed veterinarian within 3 days of purchase. If the puppy is found to be suffering from any life threatening disease during this inspection the buyer can return the puppy to the seller and receive a full refund. If the puppy was shipped and needs to be returned to us the shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

By purchasing a puppy with Bantam Kennels the purchaser agrees to maintain the puppy in good health, including adherence to a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, good diet and a clean and safe environment. The purchaser also understands they are financially responsible for any health conditions that may arise with your puppy. 

 

Should the puppy die of a birth defect within one year, we will provide a replacement. To qualify a written report from your veterinarian stating cause of death and all health records must be presented. A replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. It is understood that the replacement pup may not be from the exact parents of the original puppy.

 

Please Note: There is NO guarantee against problems that are not proven to be life threatening. Certain disorders can occur by environmental factors. It is strongly recommended that until the puppy has had ALL of its vaccinations it should be kept out of public places, unless absolutely necessary to help ensure immunity against disease.

 

This guarentee is given to any puppy purchased at Bantam Kennels. It is put in place to make a happy transaction between seller and purchaser.
